Curious Productions brought Little Shadow on board to deliver an eye-popping animated spot for Tango, a campaign destined for high-impact rollout across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The brief: translate the signature “explosion of taste” into a dynamic, thumb-stopping piece of social media content that embodied the drink’s bold personality.
This was a piece designed not just to entertain, but to provoke a visceral response, capturing the fun, flavour, and full-on attitude that Tango is known for. Short, loud, and full of punch, it had to land its message within seconds.
Our approach
We developed a high-energy animation that blends punchy transitions, bold typography, and graphic flourishes in Tango’s vibrant brand palette. The motion was deliberately exaggerated, mirroring the intense taste of the drink with hard cuts, shaking text, and kinetic bursts of colour that felt almost fizzy on screen.
The layout was optimised for social platforms from the start. We worked in vertical and square formats, ensuring type, pacing, and impact were all preserved whether viewed on TikTok or Instagram Stories. We also built the piece to allow for future variant rollouts, offering Curious Productions flexibility to adapt the spot for other campaigns or flavours.
Careful attention was paid to sound design and rhythm, ensuring the visuals didn’t just look sharp but landed with a tactile punch. It was all about energy, immediacy, and clear brand voice.
The results
Delivered as a multi-platform suite of short-form video ads. The campaign ran across various channels, enhancing brand visibility and reinforcing Tango’s irreverent, high-impact identity in the digital space.
